This is the face of someone how thought they were coming back after being down several points to win the family college pick 'em games. Then the punter misses what should have been an easy field goal. Again. That pushes the game into over time.

Then this is the face of someone 3 minutes later, that ends up winning the family pick 'ems. For the THIRD year in a row!! haha! I was pretty happy!

I got my backsplash installed!! It isn't quite finished, but super close! There are a few spots that bug us, so the guy is coming back to fix them, and we need some longer screws for a few of the outlet plates. But yay! I love how it turned out!!

Fisher started his first ever year of playing basketball and he made 4 baskets in his first game!!! I am so proud of him for trying something new and for trying his hardest! He is more aggressive than I would have guessed he'd be, and it awesome to watch him! His "shocked" face after every basket he made was the cutest! I'll take more pictures next game. ;)

Oh my gosh. I've realized the last few years that I really like sushi. I use to only go with a certain group of friends, but one friend moved away and we kind of stopped going. :( So I found a new friend who likes it and have gone a few times with her. But Lacy at work told me about a place in Orem where you can get 3 rolls for $10, so I tried it out and was quite pleased! So, I go and get take out from them every month or so when Taylor is out of town or something. Well, he tried a few bites last week when I got some and he really liked it. He said he's been craving it since then and asked if we could go!! SO, he sat in a sushi place with me last night, because he WANTED to eat it! My life just keeps getting better!

We spent New Years Eve at the Elmer's house. Again, no pictures. But that is the first year that I have spent in a hot tub ringing in the new year! The kids all stayed awake till we got home at 1:00am, too!

Here are some family pictures that got posted on facebook. My cousin Kari has shared some awesome pictures that I have never seen before!

My dad and his siblings recently re-inacted this picture. It makes me so happy to see!

This picture was taken at Lisa and Joe's temple sealing in the spring of 1983. I'm the baby my momma is holding (in the pink skirt, 4th woman from the right), and my brother is in the blue on the very far left.

All of my cousins but one, that lives in Utah, came over for dinner. It was so good to catch up with each of them! I hope we get together more often!

The Becks went out to celebrate Kristen and Andy's birthday. We ate at R&R, then got some ice cream at JCW's. It's always a good time when we get together!

Santa left tickets in our stockings to see Pitch Perfect 3 the next day. :) I loved it!

Kenadee and Jackson didn't get a picture the day they went, so we took it so I could remember. Kenadee really wanted to go see the new Jumanji. She had two tickets back from her birthday to see any movie at any time. So she took Jackson to go see it! He's been talking about wanting to watch it for a month straight, and she was kind enough to take him.

Taylor had to get back to work on the 27th, but they spent the day smoking a TON of ribs for everyone to eat. Not a bad day on the job!

Everyone is enjoying the huge teddy bear that Kolbi gave to Jackson.

We met up for lunch at the restaurant at the prison with us girls from work. It was pretty tasty.

Then to round up the fun Christmas break, we went to Cold Stone to get some ice cream. :) We woke up to a tiny bit of snow Christmas morning, but that is all! It's been a very weird winter so far.

Church on Christmas Eve was pretty awesome. Lots of musical numbers, which always brings the spirit so strong! Then O Holy Night as the closing hymn on the piano again!

Merry Christmas! This day seriously doesn't ever lose it's magic, no matter how old the kids get!

Here's what awaited the kids, but first they had to get thru the trap! The couch up against their door, with cups of water when they first walk out. Then folding chairs everywhere and the ping pong table forcing them to go this way. Then legos on the stairs and tons of cardboard boxes on the other side of the stairs. Oh, and the breaker was tripped so they were in the dark. haha! Such a fun tradition!

They always make it up so fast, no matter what it is! These faces are the cutest though!

The only 3 pictures from Christmas Adam! The kids got their pajamas. Our appetizer dinner consisted of: cheese/cracker, fresh veggies, smoked turkey, mandarine oranges, pigs in a blanket, and smoked jalapeƱo poppers. SO good! Then the kids opened the game Ticket to Ride and we played that which is awesome! Then we snuggled up and watched Home Alone. :) I absolutely love every one of these traditions!

We hosted the Beck Christmas party this year. I love having everyone over; though I'm not use to that kind of noise here! It seems so normal at Jeri house! ha! I love, love, love my house and kitchen. It made me so happy to see all but two nephews in my kitchen at the same time! I really do love having people come over for dinner!!

I seriously love my job! We celebrated Christmas on the last day before our long break. Heather is so good at giving gifts! I use this phrase all the time and she found a shirt with it! I just love it so!
