Sheesh! Sometimes being a stay-at-home mom is really rough!

After scouts and a nap for Kolbi, I took the kids roller skating! It was their first time ever. I don't remember struggling to get this concept like my kids do. Fisher couldn't even stand up in the skates! Kenadee did ok. I love that the kids could bring their scooters! They LOVED using those. I even saw one kid with a wiggle car.... note taken. This place was pretty awesome. Two different rinks, lights, music, tons of seating... yep, basically awesome! We'll be going back for sure!

This is Fisher's new way to sit during a prayer.

And Jackson was snoring during Sacrament meeting. haha!

And even Meat Eater couldn't keep this girl awake today. :)

More bikes this morning! We found a way better spot too. Brought some lunch and snacks and stayed until the rain took over. The kids have improved a lot! It is seriously so awesome to just hang out there and be together!!

A lizard totally ran up my pants leg! Taylor grabbed it pretty quick, but it was horrible to feeling it on my bare skin. UGH!

We spent many hours this morning doing some back to school clothes shopping. We are definitley past the Mom-picks-out-the-clothes phase. We were able to find some cute stuff too. :)

While we were in the area, we met up with Taylor for lunch. Then we thought, while we're in the area let's try on some bikes for size.

Little did we know, a local man just a few miles away from our house put the sizes of bikes we wanted, up for sale that same day. The stars alined for us. haha!! :) I got a video of the kids reaction when they saw them in Tay's truck; it was incredible!! We immediately grabbed a $5 pizza and headed out with them. The kids caught on really quick and had so much fun!!!

Taylor's new truck!

This man is absolutely perfect for me! We took a load to DI tonight and asked Kenadee to put the kids to bed while we were gone. They weren't in bed quite yet by the time we were done, so.... we stopped at Arctic Circle for our 2nd dinner before heading home to a quite house. hahaha!! We are a mess together!

Taylor took Jackson on a ride this morning! It makes me so happy to receive pictures like this!!

We headed up to the Becks for a bbq dinner. I shouldn't be surprised it ended up looking like this. Shirtless with horses and bbguns. haha!!

I never take pictures of me with the horses. I must have been jealous of the boys earlier.

This was how we drove home. I need to constantly remind myself that I WILL miss this. I need to cherish this a little bit more.

We ended the night with glow in the dark games, sparklers, and pop-its. We were having SO much... then the sprinklers turned on and totally surprised us. Everyone quickly gathered the blanket and camera, then we decided to play in the middle of the road. It was a great way to end this summer day!!

We went to Trafalga this morning before it got too hot and too crowded. There was no one in line for the "bumper" cars, so I took turns taking all the kids on a ride. Kenadee took some great pictures!

But once it was Kenadee's turn in the car with me and Jackson's turn to take pictures, this is what I found on my phone..... 98 selfie pictures! 98!!! He is so proud of himself! It's cute.

The two little girls next to Fisher are my friend's, Annie, oldest girls. It was nice to see them and hang out for a few!

Today I had little sewing day with Gwen. She and her family are going on trek and needed some pioneer clothes. She got what she could at DI, but wanted some help with a skirt from scratch. The pattern was actually really cute and I plan on making one that style for the girls. No pictures of any of the pioneer clothes/aprons/bonnets, but I also got a start on a little sundress for Kolbi. I need to get an accent fabric for the straps and bow in back.

I've been sending outfit ideas to family/friends lately. Mostly asking if it looks ok. I was confident in my "sunday best" today, but was laughing at how many of my pieces my mom bought for me at one time or another. Cardigan, lace shirt, purple flats, and two of the bracelets. haha!! Apparently, she has good taste!

Every weekend I tend to get a messy house. I dare you to picture what the rest of my house looks like. :)

We all colored together as a family. We did a big, intense, color by number picture. It turned out awesome!

I loved my 2 hour meeting. SYKE! Taylor sent me a picture of him with some chocolate. I sent him this one back.
