I some how managed to get a half way "before" picture!  I found the new brown framed mirror thrifting for $10! Now, to get new light fixtures! ;)

Taylor ordered his own Christmas present this year. He's been wanting a rock crawler for a year now thanks to my brother-in-law. He didn't the smaller version, either. This truck came in the mail today and Taylor refused to take a picture with it. He doesn't want to be a nerd and I guess not taking a picture prevents that... Hmm. NOPE!! This thing is actually REALLY cool. I'm not convinced it's worth the price tag, yet. I had fun chasing the kids around outside too!!

Jackson went straight from posing with the rock crawler to being my super big helper. He was mad when I handed him the milk instead of another 4-5 bags for his other arm. :)

It's looking like Christmas over here. I absolutely LOVE this time of year. Like, a lot, a lot!

I love having the picture of Christ right next to the tree.

I got a couple more pictures to add to the tree this year. These picture ornaments are my most favorite!

My sweet Mom arranged this for me while she was here. She's got a serious talent! LOVE it!

I made this wreath yesterday. I love how it turned out, but this little area isn't finished yet. Hmmmm......

This is how Kenadee spent our family dinner. Such a nerd, like her dad. It makes me happy!

Lunch date with Taylor. We got photo bombed. Love these boys SO much!

4 packages arrived! Thank you Mr. UPS man. I plan on seeing you lots the next few weeks. :)

One of the best things about being a mom are these moments where the kids are playing and laughing uncontrollably with each other. Yep, it's heaven on Earth.

My kids LOVE family home evening. Like, LOVE it!! It makes me happy that they're so eager to spend time together and learn of the gospel.

Taylor and I sat down for lunch today and laughed at each others plates. Guess who ate what?! hahaha!

We went to a live nativity tonight AND it was in doors! Awesome, right? Well, to make it even better, you have to sign up for a certain time and get tickets, so there is ZERO wait time!  I've already had questions about it on FB so here is the link: http://www.stonegatearts.com/Upcoming-Events.html

I really, really, liked it! It was real baby Jesus and there a section was narrated with hymns. It was quite lovely and I totally got tear eyed. Baby Jesus cried at the perfect moment during the chorus, "come let us adore him..." It was awesome and a great way to start of the Christmas season and a good reminder for all of us of that sweet moment of Christ's birth.

I did quite a bit of black friday shopping this morning. I enjoyed the time alone and finding tons of fun stuff. Naps were a must! Then we started our puzzle. Fisher and Kolbi didn't last but a few minutes. Jackson, a few minutes longer, but Kenadee was going strong the whole night! We should have a finished product tomorrow. (and maybe set up Christmas, too!) Jackson is doing the "disco" in the picture. He has been so funny today, talking about flexing for the ladies, pointing out that someone looks like Troy Bolton... hahaha! I love that kid!

I like Thanksgiving! I love spending time with family. I love the good food, yet hate how much I over eat. I love being together with my husband and kids for a long weekend! I have been so crazy blessed and always seem to forget and take advantage of even the simplest of things.
One thing I am very grateful for is ALL of our perfect health. It seems so basic, but lots of people can't say that. I have been hearing about so many random, freak, accidents and am beyond grateful for our amazing health.

Then some black friday shopping starting on Thursday evening. It's way nice to not get up super early or go to bed super late, like in years past, BUT I feel bad for the employees who have to get there super early to get everything ready. I scored some great deals and had a tons of fun with my in-laws. Megan joined us this year which made the night even better!!! I freaking love that girl!

Found some friends along the way, too!

Not my best moment. I sent this picture to my sister, and apologized that she won't be getting her cute Thanksgiving card I made for her. I'm dumb!

Family movie night watching "We bought a zoo". It was way cute!!!!! There were a few swear words however, that I didn't really appreciate.

Yay for Thanksgiving break!! To celebrate, I took the kids to Ikea. Everyone loves this place! Kolbi was finally tall enough to go into their play area. Horray!!

I found the dresser I've been wanting in the as-is section. It only has a tiny scratch on the front that you can barely see. Merry Christmas to me! Taylor is saying though that I can't use it till Christmas because that is what I do to him. hahaha!

My neighbor watched the kids and Taylor and I had an awesome date. We watched the new Twilight movie and I really liked it! We had a great evening!

I got some much needed Christmas shopping done this morning then came home and finally folded the 4 (or was it 5??) loads of laundry.  I live an exciting life!

Our randoms (and instagraming) from today.

Apparently Kolbi brought sunglasses in her purse to church today.

We to help celebrate my niece's June's 2nd birthday tonight. Taylor and Sam were enjoying playing with her new gift.

The Colts had a bad loss to the Patriots today. :(

We got to Scheels first thing this morning and took advantage that no one was in line for the ferris wheel! Kenadee and Jackson looked so big sitting there by themselves with no adults. I've come to the realization that my kids aren't so little any more. Even the baby of the family. Kinda bittersweet.

Fisher with the fisher in the background. hahaha!

We had another great day over here.
I was super tired this morning so I told Fisher and Kolbi to let me sleep a little longer when they came in to wake me up. (Kenadee and Jackson were still sleeping) These two angels of mine came back a little while later and had made me breakfast in bed. How sweet are they?!? How am I so blessed? They made me toast with marshmallow fluff. I love them!

I walk away from my phone for a few minutes and I get back to Taylor texting my friend.... Little stinker!

Got my craft on, too! Making some Thanksgiving cards. This stuff makes me happy!!
